Improves ability to live in the moment, get through difficult times without making things worse, and build a life worth living.

Supportive counseling

Therapist will work as a supportive guide to help one work through life transitions, stress management, relationship issues, soul searching and self-discovery, loneliness, rebuilding self, loss, letting go, regaining emotional stability, and essentially provides an alternative non-biased perspective one might be feeling stuck on.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
